Condensation occurs due to the temperature difference between cold air and warm air. In general, "condensation" refers to surface condensation.
In summer, condensation occurs when high-temperature, high-humidity outside air flows into cold surfaces such as floors in basements or warehouses that are always open, or in air-conditioned rooms. In winter, the opposite happens; in buildings that are well-cooled by air conditioning, external moist air enters the walls and condensation occurs in areas below the dew point temperature of the temperature gradient. The basic methods to prevent condensation are to reduce the amount of water vapor indoors or to raise the surface temperature, but here we recommend using heaters to prevent condensation.

Silicone Cord Heater | This is a cord-type heater. It can be easily wrapped around pipes, valves, pumps, tubes, etc., for freeze prevention, heating, and insulation. It can be manufactured from a single unit. |
Silicone Sand Heater | This is made of all silicone material. It is a softer surface heater compared to rubber heaters. It is designed considering condensation environments and water resistance. It can be manufactured from a single unit. |
Silicone Belt Heater (Slim Type) | We accommodate sudden applications, prototype development, and mass production. Even complex shapes like pipes, valves, and pumps can be easily heated and insulated using this. We can manufacture completely original heaters from a single unit. Of course, we will also propose temperature controllers to go along with it. |
Silicone Belt Heater (Regular Type) | We accommodate sudden applications, prototype development, and mass production. Even complex shapes like pipes, valves, and pumps can be easily heated and insulated using this. We can manufacture completely original heaters from a single unit. Of course, we will also propose temperature controllers to go along with it. |
Aluminum Foil Heater | This is a low-cost surface heater that utilizes the thermal conductivity of aluminum foil. It comes with double-sided tape, making it an ideal heater for cost-conscious applications. It can be manufactured from a single unit. |
Silicone Sponge (Sheet Type) | It excels in thermal insulation and heat retention. Depending on the degree of compression, it can generally be used from -60°C to 200°C. It can be freely cut. We propose it as an accessory for heaters. |
Silicone Sponge (Tube Type) | It excels in thermal insulation and heat retention. Depending on the degree of compression, it can generally be used from -60°C to 200°C. It can be freely cut. We propose it as an accessory for heaters. |
