1. AL-SEE Type: A dedicated end mill featuring a blade shape optimized for aluminum alloys and non-ferrous metal processing, with a strong twist angle. Its sharp cutting edge and wide chip pocket suppress chatter, enabling stable cutting performance and high-precision machining under a wide range of conditions. 2. AL-OCR Type (for rough machining): Adopts a groove shape ideal for rough machining of aluminum alloys. It excels in chip evacuation and allows for high-efficiency processing. 3. AL-VME Type (for chamfering): By adopting a blade shape optimized for aluminum alloys and non-ferrous metal processing, it suppresses burrs on the machined surface, achieving high-quality chamfering and counterboring. 4. AL-OCHE Type (for multifunctional processing): Capable of high-efficiency drilling for a wide variety of applications with a single tool. 5. SMAL Type (Solid Modular Head): A solid modular head that can be set on the all-carbide shank arbor "Ganko Ittetsu." When combined with the carbide shank, it exhibits performance comparable to solid tools.

Thanks to our unique seamless smooth R-gash, cutting resistance is reduced and R accuracy is improved, enabling faster and more precise machining. 2) The AL-VME type (for chamfering) supports a minimum chamfer diameter of φ0.2mm, suitable for chamfering small diameter holes. 3) The addition of the AL-OCHE type (one-cut helical) allows for high-speed and high-efficiency machining comparable to drills (high-efficiency helical drilling) by adopting a DLC coating with excellent high hardness and lubrication properties, as well as cutting edge specifications that excel in chip evacuation.
