【Product Features】 ○1 Incoming Inspection: Check for scratches, dents, welding spots, etc. ○2 Preheating: Remove impurities such as oil. ○3 Sandblasting: Strip rust and oxide films to create a textured surface. ○4 Primer (Base Coat): Acts as an adhesive between the substrate and the top coat. ○5 Drying: Dry the surface. ○6 Top Coat (Finish Coat): Coat with polyurethane of the specified color. ○7 Drying: Partially cure the surface. ○8 Curing: Fully cure the surface. ○9 Visual Inspection: Check the condition of the coated surface. ○10 Film Thickness Inspection: Inspect several areas of the coated surface. ○11 Packaging: Completely protect to prevent scratches and dents. ● For other functions and features, please refer to the catalog or contact us.
