3D Flow Visualization and Analysis Software "RaFLOW"

CEC will exhibit at the "International Logistics Comprehensive Exhibition 2012," held at Tokyo Big Sight from September 11 (Tuesday) to September 14 (Friday), 2012. The theme of this exhibition is "VR + R (Virtual Reality + Real) - Improving the Gap Between the 'Ideal' and 'Reality' of Logistics." We will introduce groundbreaking services that lead to improvements in production and logistics sites, which have been difficult to achieve until now. At CEC's exhibition booth, we will present our logistics business optimization support tool "RaLC" and our workflow optimization support tool "RaFLOW," along with product information, introductions of new features, and demonstrations. We have prepared many highlights for this event. We will install a new positioning device that combines laser positioning (wide range) and ZigBee (narrow range) for use in a site of several hundred tsubo. By utilizing the information transmitted by sensors in the logistics field, we will introduce a system that connects the real site with virtual IT, allowing for timely collection and visualization of data that serves as the basis for improvements, such as inventory, work status, and the movement and location of people and vehicles.

Our company will be exhibiting at the "13th Automatic Identification Comprehensive Exhibition" held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, August 31 to Friday, September 2. At our booth, we will showcase our "AutoID Solution," which utilizes positioning sensors from major domestic and international manufacturers to achieve high-precision location management both indoors and outdoors, with the theme of "Visualizing Movement and Dwell Time for On-Site Improvement." By realistically depicting the movements of workers and transport equipment in manufacturing and logistics environments in 3D, we aim to identify issues and extract points for improvement, ultimately leading to cost reductions on-site. On the day of the event, we will present a demonstration that recreates a "real manufacturing and logistics site." We will introduce analytical methods for performance data that connect the acquisition of location information from the ultrasonic location system "ZPS-3D" to the visualization of problems and improvement points.
