The new feature "Logistics Workflow" allows for the creation of various logistics processes such as "Receiving," "Storage," "Picking," "Inspection," "Sorting," and "Shipping" without the need for commands, enhancing usability and simulation speed. Standard transport rules are pre-installed (with Japanese support), enabling model creation by selecting each rule directly from the screen. Of course, it can be used without commands. 【Feature Overview】 ★ The operation has been enhanced to allow model creation simply by selecting "who," "what," "how," and "where." Anyone can use it with confidence. ★ Compared to the traditional command-based setup, the lead time for model creation has improved by approximately 40%. ★ Various data required for simulation (such as inbound, outbound, picking, etc.) can be directly imported from CSV files, with no need for conversion to XML format. When changing the picking method (single, total, multi), the data is automatically aggregated for that method, so you only need to prepare "one type of data." ★ Once created, the "rules" of "who," "what," "how," and "where" are automatically saved, allowing customers to accumulate and reuse their know-how.

CEC will exhibit at the "International Logistics Comprehensive Exhibition 2012," held at Tokyo Big Sight from September 11 (Tuesday) to September 14 (Friday), 2012. The theme of this exhibition is "VR + R (Virtual Reality + Real) - Improving the Gap Between the 'Ideal' and 'Reality' of Logistics." We will introduce groundbreaking services that lead to improvements in production and logistics sites, which have been difficult to achieve until now. At CEC's exhibition booth, we will present our logistics business optimization support tool "RaLC" and our workflow optimization support tool "RaFLOW," along with product information, introductions of new features, and demonstrations. We have prepared many highlights for this event. We will install a new positioning device that combines laser positioning (wide range) and ZigBee (narrow range) for use in a site of several hundred tsubo. By utilizing the information transmitted by sensors in the logistics field, we will introduce a system that connects the real site with virtual IT, allowing for timely collection and visualization of data that serves as the basis for improvements, such as inventory, work status, and the movement and location of people and vehicles.
