CE Company, Ltd. will start providing the latest version of its software "Virfit," which automatically generates programs and verifies robot operations without using actual equipment, from July 15. Through collaboration with Denso Wave, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi Electric, the software will add features specific to robot manufacturers, expanding its application from traditional robot uses such as welding and painting to processes requiring flexibility, such as transportation, processing, and assembly. This will also address the robot utilization needs of small and medium-sized enterprises that often engage in small-lot, diverse production. <Introduction of New Features> - Verification of collaborative operations between robots and actuators, sensors, and machine tools - Reproduction of peripheral equipment operations functioning with motion controllers, servos, and CNC - Support for processes requiring robot operations that consider product shapes, such as polishing and coating - Enhanced teaching point functionality and integration with Denso Wave's WINCAPS - Importing CAD data and point cloud data to directly set teaching points and offsets at product edges and vertices - Easy and smooth operation for copying and pasting groups of teaching points and changing their arrangement - Output in Denso Wave's robot program (PacScript) format
