basic information
With the development of computers and commercial software, fluid simulation using computers has become more accessible. However, without a fundamental knowledge of fluid dynamics and numerical methods, the software becomes a mere black box, making it difficult to obtain accurate solutions or reach engineeringly useful results. This course is aimed at beginners and those outside the field, providing instruction on basic fluid dynamics and numerical methods, as well as demonstrations on how to compute the fundamental equations of fluid motion. As a result, it is expected that participants will gain a deeper understanding not only of fluid motion but also when dealing with commercial software that addresses various physical phenomena.
