It measures web tension in both XY axes with one unit.
The Heine XYR series is a load cell that measures the load on both axes with a single unit. In web tension systems, it continuously provides accurate tension measurements even in cases where the wrap angle changes. It allows for two-axis measurement using only one side without needing to install on both ends of the axis, leading to cost savings.

basic information
The double beam type sensor has a good overall accuracy of 0.5% along with robustness, with shaft diameters of 15mm and 17mm, a rated load of 250N to 2,000N, and an overload capacity of 1,000%. Variations in the web angle occur due to changes in the unwind and rewind diameters, but accurate measurements can be achieved by combining it with an amplifier.
