basic information
In this lecture, we will discuss the fundamental aspects of devices and processing within a consistent flow from image input to processing and output. Generally, images are input through imaging devices. Then, appropriate processing is performed on the images to obtain the necessary information or to provide a clear display. The processed images are encoded in some form to ensure accurate transmission through the transmission path. Finally, the images are represented by a display device. We will explain this consistent flow as clearly as possible, including recent topics and basic areas of ME applications.
