Seamless weather strip that does not require cutting with a knife.
Our company specializes in the molding of industrial products in general, and we also manufacture molded weather strips. When molding weather strips, it is common to cut the product with a knife to demold it from the mold; however, our company produces weather strips without cutting the product. By not cutting the product, we can prevent the intrusion of rainwater and noise, allowing us to provide products that meet the design specifications. This has been very well received by designers and related companies. If you are having trouble with integrated molding, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to hearing from you.

basic information
Weatherstripping is a rubber part used to seal the gaps between doors and door frames. It is also used in trunk lids and tailgates of station wagons. The locations where it is installed vary depending on the vehicle model. For example, in some models, it is placed only around the door, while in others, it is used only around the door frame on the body side. There are also models where it is positioned on either the door side or the body side depending on the location. Additionally, one side may use a weatherstrip with high cushioning properties, while a harder rubber part may be used on the side that comes into contact with it. In any case, the elasticity of these rubber parts seals the gaps and prevents the intrusion of rainwater and other elements. Furthermore, it helps to block noise from outside the vehicle.
