This is a method of molding complex shapes and dimensional tolerances that cannot be achieved through rubber processing, using molds. For mass production and complex shapes, rubber molding is recommended for cost and quality improvement. Molding can be done with materials such as natural rubber, NBR, CR, EPDM, urethane, silicone, and fluororubber. Our rubber molding machines specialize in molding capacities of approximately 30t to 150t. We also handle color mixing, rubber compounding, and hardness adjustments, allowing us to propose materials suitable for our customers' applications. Depending on the size of the shape, there can be sufficient cost benefits even from lots of about 50 to 100 pieces. We can also mold special materials such as high tear-resistant silicone and wear-resistant NBR upon consultation.
