Non-contact measurement of spectral reflectance and color for areas as small as φ0.03mm is possible. Measurements are taken at wavelengths from 380nm to 780nm with an output interval of 5nm.
The "VSS7700" is a micro-surface spectrophotometer and reflectance meter suitable for measuring coatings, printed materials, dental materials, metal plating, and liquid crystal components. It can measure spectral reflectance and color in a wavelength range of 380nm to 780nm with 5mm interval outputs for small areas.
