Confirmation of the Foam Expansion Ratio of Insulation Material The rigid polyurethane foam insulation material injected into the panels shows significant performance disparities depending on the expansion ratio. Increasing the expansion ratio reduces the amount of raw materials and lowers costs. However, this results in a lighter density and weaker load-bearing capacity, and also causes significant shrinkage when cooled, leading to warping of the panels. As shown in the diagram above, the thermal conductivity increases, degrading the insulation performance. The foam expansion of the FS panels is within the appropriate range of expansion ratios shown in the diagram above.

Stainless Steel Door Latch Among the components of a door, the latch handle is particularly prone to breaking. To withstand long-term use, it is essential to be durable and robust. Therefore, the FS panel uses a strong door latch made from pressed stainless steel plates. Additionally, for safety reasons, it is equipped with a double structure consisting of a door release push rod (with condensation prevention) for opening the door from inside the compartment and an emergency escape device.
