【Features】 ○ Capable of measuring 12 different parameters. ○ Covers a measurement frequency range of 20Hz to 1MHz. The measurement signal level can be set from AC 10mV to 2V (open circuit voltage: except during DC resistance measurement) with a resolution of 1mV (10mV to 1V) or 10mV (1V to 2V). ○ Equipped with a +2V DC bias power supply internally. For external inputs, DC bias can be applied up to ±40V for measurement. ○ Allows simultaneous measurement and display of up to 4 parameters by measuring under two different sets of conditions at once.
