A digital LCR meter with high-speed and stable measurement performance.
The 11021/11021-L is the newest and highest performance digital LCR meter released by Chroma. The 11021 can measure frequencies up to 10 kHz, while the 11021-L can measure frequencies up to 50 kHz. Both models come standard with an RS232 interface, and GPIB & Handler interfaces are available as options. The 11021 employs phase detection technology for low harmonic distortion, which does not affect the measurement of hysteresis distortion in magnetic components or high dielectric ceramic capacitors. Therefore, it is suitable for automated production lines, PC control, and numerical data capture. The 11021-L is ideal for incoming/outgoing inspection of passive components such as high-frequency coils, cores, and chokes. Additionally, Chroma offers various measurement fixtures tailored to different types of specimens.
