When set to RAP, high-speed measurements of 2ms (1kHz) and 10ms (120Hz) are possible, contributing to time savings in parts inspection/sorting on production and inspection lines. ○ The basic accuracy of measurements is high at 0.08%, and the display resolution achieves a maximum of 6 digits with 5 digits of high resolution in the main measurement range. It provides reliable accuracy for production, inspection lines, and research and development settings. ○ Frequencies can be set with 5-digit high resolution over a wide range from 1mHz to 100kHz, allowing for detailed measurement and evaluation of sample frequency characteristics. ○ Signal levels can be set with 3-digit resolution over a wide range from 10mVrms to 5Vrms, making it convenient for measuring components with signal level dependence. ○ An internal DC bias power supply is built-in, providing 0 to +2.5V (resolution 0.01V).
