The techno motion controller allows for high-precision trajectory and speed control in interpolation and synchronous operations. The accuracy is about 1 pulse. If we assume the pulse unit is nm, the command error would be 1 nm. While there are error factors in the actual operation, including the entire servo system comprising the servo amplifier, motor, encoder, and mechanism, the motion controller on the command side can control very accurately and smoothly. The accuracy analysis function (TPC logging) can also be used for easy evaluation and verification.
