The NPM-PILOT [Nano Dispersion Machine for Small Diameter Beads] adopts a new concept "Accelerator" inspired by waterwheels and an independently driven centrifugal separator. It allows for ideal movement of beads at low-speed operation from 4 m/s, utilizing small diameter beads ranging from φ0.05 to 0.2 mm, and enables separation of beads at low-speed operation of 4 to 8 m/s, also resolving clogging issues with screens.
