Inline high shear force dispersion device
In addition to the narrow gap between the rotor and stator, the Colloid Mill MK uses friction to perform wet grinding. The gap between the rotor and stator is easily adjustable. The Colloid Mill MKO is a further developed machine of the colloid mill, which processes the milling surface on a stone mill to achieve even finer particle sizes.

basic information
It effectively performs dispersion, crushing, and emulsification in a short time with high shear force. In a wide range of applications, it can reduce coarse materials of a few millimeters in slurry to below 5 microns, including processed materials of several tens of microns. The combination of a flexible interchangeable rotor-stator system allows for optimal settings for each application.

Applications/Examples of results
It is primarily used for the dispersion of pigments, adhesives, thickeners, resins, and for the emulsification of creams, sauces, lotions, mayonnaise, and toothpaste. Additionally, it also accommodates many applications that require difficult dispersion.
Company information
Our company imports and sells advanced equipment from overseas, including the Dyno-Mill (bead mill), a wet dispersing and grinding machine manufactured by Swiss company WAB. To meet Japanese specifications, we carry out assembly and improvements at our domestic factory, establishing a complete system from import to after-sales service. We contribute to society through micronization technology in various fields.
