When dispersing samples at high temperatures, the heat from the sample is transmitted from the tip of the chip to the vibrating element, which can affect the generation of ultrasound. This device prevents heat transfer to the vibrating element by adding a cooling adapter between the chip and the horn, allowing for stable ultrasound generation. Additionally, the upper part of the transducer is equipped with a built-in cooling fan as standard, ensuring stable performance even during prolonged operation. This device can be used in a wider range of applications than before, such as the dispersion of resins and waxes at high temperatures.
