basic information
**Lecture Summary** In today's software development projects, where business demands and technological trends change rapidly, the risks associated with frequently changing and adding requirements, the adoption of new technologies, shortened deadlines, and cost-cutting pressures are only increasing. In this context, Agile development is gaining attention as a new process that replaces the traditional waterfall development, which has been the mainstream in software development processes. However, while Agile development has already become mainstream in Europe and the United States, its adoption in Japan has not progressed as much. Therefore, this course will explain the introduction and success tips of Agile development in a Q&A format, addressing common questions with real-life examples. During the lecture, we will respond to the participants' questions as much as possible to address real-world issues.
