In the development and manufacturing processes of pharmaceuticals, where high activation and microparticleization are advancing, there are areas within the machinery where dust concentration becomes high, such as in grinders, mixers, and dust collectors. Therefore, dust explosion testing for active pharmaceutical ingredients with high pharmacological activity is essential. However, until now, there have been no domestic institutions in Japan to conduct tests for the same active ingredients, leading to outsourcing the tests overseas, which has been a burden in terms of time and cost for developing companies.
