Drone-based high-altitude equipment inspection | Ultrasonic thickness measurement and infrared diagnosis without scaffolding
Significantly reduce the cost and time of scaffolding installation. Support the safe maintenance and management of plant equipment through thickness measurement using drones and inspections with infrared cameras.
The revision of the Labor Safety and Health Act has made safety measures for high-altitude work and chemical substances more stringent. It is now possible to safely inspect areas that are dangerous for people to enter, such as "narrow," "high," "dark," and "hot" spaces, using drones. ■Significant reduction in scaffolding costs and time By using drones equipped with special sensors, the risk of falls is reduced to zero, and the preparation time is shortened by over 90%. ■High-precision measurements even over paint Thanks to our unique technology, we can accurately read the thickness of steel plates without the need for pre-treatment (grinding) to remove the exterior paint. The measurement data is saved not only as numerical values (CSV) but also as waveform data, providing a reliable audit trail. ■Reliable quality control system We strictly adhere to JIS standards (such as JIS Z 2355-1), and qualified personnel and skilled technicians are responsible for measurements and operations. We have a proven track record of successfully inspecting chimneys at heights of 65 meters without scaffolding, supporting the transition to routine inspection operations that minimize impact on production. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Applications/Examples of results
Outdoor Applications ■ Capture photos and videos to create 2D and 3D models for managing the progress and achievements in construction and civil engineering. ■ Quickly collect accurate data with location information (geotags) to inspect and survey photogrammetry, concrete cracks, and rust on steel materials. ■ Pesticide and fertilizer application in vast rice fields and farms. By combining drones with satellite imagery, increase harvest yields. Identify variations in soil fertility and growth within farmland to apply fertilizers at necessary points, achieving cost reduction and increased yields. ■ Security and inspection through autonomous driving. Indoor Applications ■ Inspection and survey of high places and confined spaces (chimneys, boilers, incinerators). ■ Inspection and survey of hazardous spaces (sewers, underground channels) with risks such as oxygen deficiency, odors, and organic solvents for workers.
