Our company has been working on the development of a carbonization device using superheated steam, and we have completed the product development under the certification of a new collaborative business, leading to its sale. The advantageous properties of superheated steam have been recognized for a long time, but practical application has been delayed due to cost issues. Our product incorporates new ideas into the superheated steam generation device, achieving commercialization at a low cost. We offer carbonization treatment devices using superheated steam as our main product line, capable of carbonizing organic matter in quantities ranging from 200 kg to 2000 kg per day. Additionally, we also accept orders for drying devices utilizing superheated steam and superheated steam generation devices operating at temperatures between 400°C and 700°C.
