In the "Metal Pipe Heater," stainless steel pipe (SUS316) and two types of pure titanium pipes are used as the pipe materials. For heating and maintaining alkaline chemical solutions and oils, as well as for degreasing baths, SUS heaters are suitable. Similar to quartz glass heaters, titanium heaters are ideal for acidic baths. The design features a fully ceramic powder-filled structure, which minimizes the risk of breakage due to oxidation of the nichrome wire, resulting in excellent durability.
