- This is a thermal conductive tape available in substrate-less types (50μm, 100μm) and a substrate-containing type (125μm). - The 50μm product has a thermal conductivity of 0.8 watts, while the 100μm product has a thermal conductivity of 1.8 watts. - Since it uses anisotropic thermal conductive fillers, it has thermal conductivity in the XYZ directions.
