This is a double-sided tape with strong adhesion and high conductivity, in which a special metallic filler with excellent conductivity is dispersed in an acrylic-based adhesive developed by our company. There are two types available: one using a thin film-coated non-woven fabric as the core material and another without a core material.

In recent years, measures against VOCs have been advancing due to issues such as sick house syndrome. Therefore, our R230 significantly reduces the emission levels of VOCs, particularly by removing toluene and formaldehyde from the raw materials, well below the standards set by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. It is suitable for applications such as foam fixation and adhesion to materials like PP. It is also appropriate for use in environmentally friendly automotive interiors, building materials, and low-voltage applications.

"DynaCal EcoSign" has streamlined a range of unique technologies and products from Toyo Ink, starting from the pigments and coloring resins that form the color base, the film formation that establishes the physical properties, to adhesives, coatings, and the inks, printing, and computer cutting necessary for diverse expressions, enabling consistent production. Additionally, the resin used in "DynaCal EcoSign" is acrylic-based rather than PVC, which not only presents the future possibility of treating waste that previously required separation as general waste but also holds potential for monomer recycling when combined with acrylic materials. This product not only demonstrates environmental friendliness but also reduces the life cycle costs associated with signage from the customer's perspective.

- This is a metallic sheet that can be used as an alternative to plating. - It achieves a metallic luster design on three-dimensional curved surfaces. - It is compatible with vacuum forming, injection molding, heat press molding, and blow molding, among others.

● The adhesive used has excellent heat resistance, ensuring stable adhesion performance with minimal decrease in adhesive strength or foaming even after passing through reflow. ● It generates a small amount of outgassing, which has a minimal impact on FPCs and electronic components. ● It employs heat-resistant release paper, which shows little degradation after passing through lead-free solder reflow and remains peelable. ● Compared to conventional double-sided tape, it has a higher adhesive strength and exhibits stable performance across a wide temperature range. ● We offer three types: special core material type (R310KS), heat-resistant non-woven fabric type (R330S), and coreless type (R390S).

By combining a special acrylic adhesive with a heat-resistant film, the design minimizes the increase in adhesive strength and dimensional changes after heat treatment. Additionally, it can be easily removed without leaving any residue, and the contamination of the substrate after peeling is extremely low.
