PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) Continuous use temperature 250°C PEEK is a thermoplastic ultra-high-temperature polymer resin that combines excellent mechanical properties, with outstanding fatigue resistance, impact resistance, and creep resistance. It is chemically resistant to all substances except concentrated sulfuric acid and is a pure material with low gas and metal ion leaching. It is also a material that can be welded. 2. Fully Aromatic Polyimide MELDIN Continuous use temperature 315°C MELDIN is a fully aromatic polyimide resin that maintains excellent mechanical properties from low to high temperatures, with outstanding heat resistance that allows for use at 482°C for short periods. It also excels in wear resistance, creep resistance, and electrical insulation. 3. Fully Aromatic Polyester SUMIKA SUPER S1000 Continuous use temperature 260°C The Sumika Super (formerly Econol) S1000 series is a fully aromatic polyester resin with excellent heat resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures of 400°C without melting deformation and a regular use temperature of 260°C. It has low cutting resistance and minimal melting due to heat, making it suitable for precision machining.
