Lightweight! Excellent chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and electrical properties! Resin rivets and anchors that can be secured with a single touch.
PP (polypropylene) is a representative crystalline general-purpose plastic. With a specific gravity of 0.9, it is the lightest among general-purpose plastics and excels in chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and electrical properties, making it widely used in various fields as a versatile plastic. Recently, it has also been frequently used as an alternative material to PVC (polyvinyl chloride), which has been problematic due to dioxin generation. PA6 (polyamide 6 = nylon 6) is a crystalline engineering plastic. It is a tough material with a low coefficient of friction, excellent wear resistance, and self-lubricating properties. It also has good oil and chemical resistance, making it an ideal material for mechanical applications; however, its high moisture absorption is a concern that must be considered in design. The six substances restricted by the ROHS directive are not included. We offer PP/hit rivets and PA6/hit rivets (resin nail type / iron nail type / stainless steel nail type) in our lineup. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. *The online shop is here → https://www.chemisnetshopping.co.jp/
