We, System House R&C, are a prefabricated house manufacturer for business use that celebrated our 50th anniversary in October 2019. In addition to temporary prefabricated houses for construction, we handle a wide variety of buildings for permanent offices and government buildings, convenience stores and restaurants, educational facilities such as daycare centers and after-school care facilities, factories and warehouses, as well as small hazardous material storage facilities for storing dangerous goods like gasoline. We aim to be a company that challenges the creation of new markets under the slogan "Refining quality and reliability to satisfy our customers." We strive for product safety management in our in-house experimental facilities and actively support the acquisition of qualifications for architects and construction management engineers. Currently, we have 34 first-class architects, 25 second-class architects, 76 first-class construction management engineers, and 18 second-class construction management engineers on staff.
