It finely grinds a very small amount of sample required for testing and research analysis in a short time.
The experimental vibration-type cup mill "MC-4A" finely grinds a very small amount of sample (approximately 10ml) required for testing and research analytical instruments (such as X-ray analysis equipment) in a short time. It is a compact, tabletop grinder that utilizes rotary motion and has minimal vibration. It uses a wide-bottomed, flat barrel-shaped container and rod-shaped grinding media, allowing for four containers to be set simultaneously. Compared to mills that use spherical balls, it has lower adhesion rates and heat generation, making post-grinding cleaning easy. The barrel is available in seven different materials: Meno, partially stabilized zirconia, Hi-alumina, hardened steel (quenched), stainless steel, tungsten carbide steel, and polyamide resin. basic information
【Features】 ○ Simple operation by setting the operating time with a timer and just pressing the start button. ○ The container has a wide diameter and a shallow, flat shape, making it easy to retrieve samples and clean. ○ The rod-shaped ball has less sample adhesion to the container and ball compared to spherical balls. ○ Using a rod-shaped ball suppresses temperature rise during operation compared to spherical balls in room temperature grinding. ○ Coarse particles are preferentially crushed, resulting in a fine and sharp particle size. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
