The Nansei processor is used as an attachment for hydraulic excavators. The feeding system adopts a crawler method, making it difficult to slip and minimizing damage to the logs. The length measurement system uses a linear contact method, allowing for length measurement without being constrained by the shape or feeding speed of the logs. The aggregation system collects the volume and number of logs for eight different lengths categorized by diameter, and displays the total amount as well as individual quantities. The compatible models for hydraulic excavators are those with a new JIS standard of 0.5 m³ or more.
