In this context, our company has been established as a new entity by taking over the vehicle-mounted and marine crane, loader, grapple, and other divisions of Nansei Co., Ltd., a company with a 58-year history as an industrial machinery manufacturer, with the aim of speeding up management decisions and enabling rapid decision-making in response to market changes. In the new company, we will focus on research and development to anticipate the rapidly changing market and create products that meet customer needs in any environment or condition. We are committed to steadily moving forward while upholding the long-familiar company name "Nansei" and inheriting the corporate culture and technology we have cultivated over the years.
