In order to respond to the increasing demand for high-density substrates, metal masks, as well as laser masks and etching masks, have all been advanced in high-precision processing and high-density capabilities. As a result, conventional cleaning methods primarily based on shower washing have become insufficient to meet stringent cleaning standards. Therefore, our company, based on extensive experience with both the vacuum pre-treatment ultrasonic cleaning device MARS and the liquid crystal APR plate cleaning device, has developed and is manufacturing next-generation ultrasonic metal mask cleaning equipment under the guidance of Denso, a major automotive parts manufacturer.

This is not just an ordinary ultrasonic cleaner. Ultrasonic cleaning that is filled with misunderstandings, such as producing visible bubbles, is inferior to the traditional shower-based metal mask cleaning method. Many cleaning machines claim to use ultrasonic cleaning, yet the ultrasound is completely absent. By using 40 kHz as the fundamental frequency and combining numerous ultrasonic frequencies up to 275 kHz, countless spherical nebula-type cavities (micro vacuum core groups) are generated. For the cleaning of precision metal masks, the only usable ultrasonic cavities (micro vacuum core groups) are limited to spherical nebula-type cavities. Without using these spherical nebula-type cavities, precise ultrasonic cleaning of metal masks in the future will be impossible. Our metal mask ultrasonic cleaning device, the MARS-Mms series, equipped with a cavitation enhancement system, is capable of stably generating these spherical nebula-type cavities.
