The powerful nozzle ultrasonic cleaning machine is the PERION-EH-2400, and the ultrasonic deburring machine for spinning nozzles is the PERION-DB-2400. We have now further developed these technologies to create an ultrasonic cleaning device for long nozzles intended for non-woven fabrics and similar applications. This type operates by moving an ultrasonic diaphragm back and forth in the liquid to perform ultrasonic cleaning. It is effective when the nozzle is long and it becomes expensive to cover the entire bottom surface with ultrasonic waves.
