This is a granulator designed for molding factories that cuts molten strands extruded from a special ultra-short screw extruder into pellets. Focusing on engineering plastics, it can produce recycled pellets that have the same shape as virgin materials, satisfying molding needs that cannot be met with ground materials. It can also be used for coloring with masterbatch. Additionally, since it uses air cooling, there is no need for pre-drying. It is designed simply, allowing for low-cost provision. The extrusion mechanism has been improved, achieving approximately a 30% cost reduction compared to our conventional machines. Above all, its compact design is a notable feature. The molten strands automatically move to the cutter section while being cooled in the air, eliminating the need for tedious manual work inside the equipment. By setting the speeds of the screw and cutter, heater temperature, and air flow rate, it can be easily operated.
