This is a crusher that continuously processes the ears of sheets discharged from an extrusion molding machine and the skeletons discharged from a vacuum forming machine. Its compact design means it does not require much installation space. It can be integrated into the molding line for automatic operation and can accommodate the intermittent movement of sheets. It is capable of crushing even when molded products are attached due to miscuts. An inlet for processing defective molded products is also provided. Thanks to its unique comb-tooth type crushing blades, it can crush materials uniformly, and the crushed particles can be directly fed back into the molding machine for recycling. When the cover is opened, the crushing blades and grinding blades are fully visible, allowing for perfect cleaning during material changes. Additionally, its screenless structure prevents clogging. The adoption of a gear motor with built-in hypoid gears allows for a compact design, making it easy to place next to molding machines without any hassle. Furthermore, the simple design that refreshes the traditional image of grinders brightens the working environment in factories. Using highly wear-resistant tool steel, stable grinding particles can be obtained even when processing glass-filled materials for an extended period. The grinding fixed blades are coated with titanium, further extending their lifespan. The input runners are crushed to the specified size in just one pass through the coarse and fine grinding blades, which helps prevent over-grinding. Additionally, the unique comb-tooth grinding blades do not produce miscuts. Moreover, being screenless prevents clogging. When the covers on both sides are opened, the internal coarse and fine grinding blades are fully visible, allowing for perfect cleaning during material changes. An air cleaning function that automatically cleans the interior is also available as an option.

This is a crusher suitable for recycling resources such as plastic containers up to about 700 millimeters in size, home appliances containing non-ferrous metals, and defective plastic molded products. The SC type is a three-axis crusher designed for recycling purposes. It incorporates both shredder-type crushing blades and comb-type crushing blades, resulting in uniform crushed particles with clean cut surfaces. Being screenless, it does not clog. Additionally, it is designed to be simple and compact, taking up minimal space and allowing for easy mobility. The SR type and SH type are two-axis crushers designed for volume reduction, without incorporating crushing blades like the SC type. They produce crushed materials in sizes of 20 to 40 millimeters. The LSC700 is a four-axis crusher designed to handle larger items, such as bottles, that cannot be processed by three-axis types. It can process items up to approximately 500 millimeters in diameter. This is a granulator designed for molding factories that cuts molten strands extruded from a special ultra-short screw extruder into pellets. Focusing on engineering plastics, it can produce recycled pellets that have the same shape as virgin materials, satisfying molding needs that cannot be met with ground materials. It can also be used for coloring with masterbatch. Additionally, since it uses air cooling, there is no need for pre-drying. It is designed simply, allowing for low-cost provision. The extrusion mechanism has been improved, achieving approximately a 30% cost reduction compared to our conventional machines. Above all, its compact design is a notable feature. The molten strands automatically move to the cutter section while being cooled in the air, eliminating the need for tedious manual work inside the equipment. By setting the speeds of the screw and cutter, heater temperature, and air flow rate, it can be easily operated.

The system consists of a crusher, a virgin material tank, and a mixing tank, which continuously prepares a certain amount (approximately 5 kg) of a mixture by mixing recycled material and virgin material using a level switch. Therefore, it allows for unmanned operation simply by replenishing the virgin material. Due to its compact design, it requires a small installation area and can be placed conveniently next to the molding machine. The crusher operates with a low-speed gear motor directly connected to the rotor shaft, resulting in low noise and no scattering of crushed particles. When the covers on both sides of the crusher are opened, the coarse and fine crushing blades are fully visible, making cleaning during material changes easy. The mixing tank is pull-out type, so cleaning is similarly straightforward. Additionally, the crusher is screenless, preventing clogging. The CBR type allows for control of the mixing ratio between virgin material and crushed material. The settings are made using the timer on the control box.
