We introduce a series of adhesives for bonding sheets such as PET, PE, and PP to wood-based materials for interior finishes like residential sashes and furniture, as well as aluminum profiles for sash exteriors, using a high-speed line to apply film to 3D-shaped profiles. These adhesives not only exhibit rapid initial adhesion but also possess environmental resistance suitable for outdoor use, making them the most supported reactive PUR (polyurethane-based) hot melt adhesives in the trend of solvent-free products.

Thermoplastic-based hot melts primarily rely on physical bonding, and the limitations of adhesive strength and heat resistance due to the thermoplastic resin as the main raw material restricted their application range. However, our reactive PUR hot melt, despite having a lower melting temperature compared to thermoplastic-based hot melts, possesses initial adhesion similar to hot melts while simultaneously undergoing curing reactions with moisture in the atmosphere. Ultimately, it demonstrates adhesive strength, heat resistance, and environmental resistance as a thermosetting resin-based adhesive, making it practical as an adhesive adaptable to high-speed production lines with speeds of 60m/min.
