Encoder application products using stainless steel wire
Fix the tip of this stainless steel wire rope to the object to be measured. When the stroke, height, or spacing of the object changes, the rope will extend or retract accordingly. The length of this extension and retraction is detected by a photoelectric sensor and converted into an electrical pulse signal corresponding to that length. Since the electrical pulse signal outputs two signals with a 90-degree phase difference, when connected to an addition-subtraction electronic counter, the length will be displayed in units of 1 micron, allowing for remote centralized monitoring. Additionally, when input into a control device, it enables the automation and electrical control of machines or devices using factors such as height, depth, length, distance, spacing, and speed.
