A simple structure, robust high-resolution linear encoder with a heat resistance of 120°C.
The GMR2 inductive sinusoidal encoder is a hydraulic cylinder built for the steel industry. While inheriting the principle of the GMR sensor, the sleeve diameter has been expanded to Φ18, resulting in a more robust structure. Displacement signals from each sleeve pair (51.2mm pitch) are measured absolutely, and if exceeded, the pitch count is incremented, integrating both sets of data to perform 24-bit displacement measurement as a semi-absolute linear encoder. A new SC type that can be mounted in a cable duct has also been added. For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
