You can understand the adhesion, fluidity, and maximum compaction force of the powder.
This is a method of filling a powder into a Jenike cell (a combination of upper ring, upper lid, lower container, etc.), applying a vertical load, and measuring the shear force of the powder. By varying the vertical load and measuring the shear force each time, the internal friction angle of the powder can be determined. Additionally, by measuring the shear force between the powder and the wall material (such as SUS or SS plates), the wall friction angle can be obtained. By conducting this measurement, the friction angles between the powder and its interior, as well as the wall surface, can be determined, and through analysis, the adhesion, flowability, and maximum consolidation force of the powder can be understood. basic information
【Features】 ○ Fill the Jenikessel with powder and apply vertical load to measure the shear force of the powder. ○ Vary the vertical load and measure the shear force each time to determine the internal friction angle of the powder, etc. ○ Understand the adhesion force, flowability, and maximum consolidation force of the powder. ○ Estimate the inclination angle and outlet diameter of silos and hoppers. ○ If a storage period is anticipated, conduct a time test by applying the maximum consolidation force for a similar period and then performing shear testing. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

To create high-quality products, powder technology is an essential foundational technology. Since our establishment in 1968, we have consistently strived to acquire high-level powder technology. In particular, our contract processing division has become our mainstay, having cultivated extensive experience and achievements. We have responded to a wide range of customer requests, handling the processing of many materials and refining various processing techniques such as crushing, classification, mixing, drying, coating, and compounding. The fine powder products developed using the processing technologies gained from our extensive contract processing experience are our original offerings. These products utilize our unique chemical grinding technology, enabling us to achieve a level of grinding that cannot be obtained through other grinding methods, as well as allowing for special processing such as compounding with inorganic materials, compounding between resins, and surface coating.
