◎Process of Screen Printing Using SR-250 Step 1: Creating the Screen - Overlay the prepared film onto the QP screen and secure it with clamps. - Expose it using a UV exposure machine (exposure time is around 30 seconds). - Rinse it with running tap water (this takes about 1 to 2 minutes to complete). - Allow it to dry thoroughly. Step 2: Attaching to the Frame - Apply double-sided tape to all four sides of the QP frame. - Attach the screen created in Step 1. Step 3: (When using the printing machine SR-251) - Attach the frame with the screen to the frame holder of the SR-251. Step 4: Printing - Dispense ink onto the screen. - Squeegee using a QP squeegee. That completes the process.
