■ Power is supplied through electromagnetic induction, and torque signals acting on the rotating body can be extracted non-contactly. (It is necessary to install a battery inside the rotating body.) ■ With a compact flange structure made of high-hardness materials, integration into testing equipment is extremely easy. Mounting dimensions can be significantly streamlined. The simple structure achieves high rigidity and low inertia, enabling ultra-high speeds (40,000 rpm) and high-frequency response. ■ Unlike slip rings, there are no wear parts, making it maintenance-free. It has a standard protection structure of IP54, with IP67 also available (optional). It can withstand ultra-high temperatures (160°C) and ultra-low temperatures (-45°C). ■ By using a high frequency of 13.56 MHz, the transmission antenna is compact. Compared to similar products, the installation of the antenna is even easier (installed 1 to 3 mm from the rotor antenna). It is also resistant to external noise, ensuring stable signal transmission. ■ There are various options available, including speed measurement functions and torque flanges with through holes. ■ Main specifications: Torque measurement range: 1 to 250,000 Nm Frequency characteristics: 1 kHz (10 kHz and 40 kHz available as options) Resolution: 16 bit (24 bit available as an option)
