The industry's first pseudo-isotropic super high thermal conductivity composite material with 1700 W/mk that can control heat transfer in all directions: X-Y-Z!
CompoLloid CC is a composite product made from carbon composites, allowing for size increase by bonding high thermal conductivity graphite, which serves as the core substrate. There are two types of products: large-area vertical (Z-direction) high thermal conductivity graphite plates and pseudo-isotropic thermal conductivity graphite plate products that can conduct heat in all directions (X-Y-Z). It is also possible to create double composite products such as gold plating or copper plate bonding. We will solve the problems of customers who have issues with anisotropy. Please let us know your size and shape requirements.

basic information
At Thermographics Co., Ltd., we have successfully developed a plate that significantly reduces anisotropy by joining the crystal axes of ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite with a thermal conductivity of 1700 W/mK by rotating them 90 degrees. This composite CC pseudo-isotropic thermal conductive material maintains high thermal conductivity while achieving properties close to isotropy (pseudo-isotropic), overcoming the anisotropy of conventional substrates with a thermal conductivity of 1700 W/mK. By laminating the pyrolytic HT vertical (Z) direction thermal conductive plates, we have also increased strength.

Applications/Examples of results
All products that require thermal measures and thermal management for "exothermic, heat diffusion, temperature rise, heat uniformity, temperature drop, heat collection, and cooling." CompoLloid CC enables the bonding of graphite, allowing for the prototype of dry heat pipes that construct a heat path of 900mm in length and the production of large-area heat dissipation plates measuring 200mm x 200mm with ultra-high thermal conductivity in the vertical direction.

The encounter with the miraculous 1700 W/mk ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite, which everyone had almost given up on commercializing, was the reason our company, Thermographics, was established on July 1, 2009. As a result of collaborative research and development with numerous customers, we have been developing a range of composite products made from ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite under our original brand "Comproid" since October 2011. Within two years of its launch, Comproid achieved over 150 prototype results and has garnered attention and support mainly from customers in the automotive, aerospace, medical device, and computer industries, with full-scale mass production starting in March 2012.
