Our company, Ameya Co., Ltd., has metalworking technology in Settsu City, Osaka Prefecture. We specialize in drawing sheet metal, precision sheet metal, 2D & 3D laser cutting, and the production of laminated molds made by stacking SS material plates, as well as drawing processing using ZAS (ZAS alloy) molds and handmade techniques known as "hammered sheet metal." In particular, laminated molds can be produced at lower costs and shorter lead times compared to traditional press molds, accommodating everything from prototype parts to mass production of various small lots. ZAS molds are also effective for high-tensile materials used in automotive parts, leading to reduced lead times and cost savings.
