Enabling high-speed transport of delicate work and improving the productivity of solar cell production!
The wafer gripper SWGm is a vacuum gripper specialized for transporting solar cell wafers and cells. The gripping surface of the gripper is sized to match 5 to 6-inch single-crystal and multi-crystal wafers and cells, preventing damage from localized loads during adhesion. Compared to Bernoulli-type grippers, it has less lateral displacement and can reduce air consumption. By connecting a hose to the main body of the gripper, the exhaust location can be set arbitrarily, preventing dust from being stirred up during adhesion transport, making it suitable for use in clean rooms. In the latest model SWGm, the position of the exhaust port can be selected from side or top types. In addition to standalone use of the gripper, it is also possible to add functions such as solenoid valves and cushioning pads according to the usage environment.
