The LOCK-N-STITCH 'LNS' method's special screw, CASTMASTER (C series pin), is not a welding method and features a unique thread form known as a "spiral hook," which has a different angle compared to conventional screws. It pulls the crack areas together and secures them permanently. Additionally, the reinforcement LOCK is used to increase strength across the crack, and all LNS Locks have the function of pulling the crack areas together, preventing the progression of cracks. The permanent female thread repair material 'Full-Torque' utilizes a patented upward-facing thread structure that draws in the surrounding base material, reinforcing it. Furthermore, the force that pulls the surrounding base material is activated by product insertion, allowing for construction up to the corner edges. Unlike temporary repairs typical of conventional products, it enables permanent repairs, extending the lifespan of equipment. Sizes range from φ6 to φ64, with custom sizes and pitches available upon order. Larger sizes can also be installed on-site. Perfectly resolves worn or damaged bolt holes!
