We specialize in ultra-thin sand castings with a minimum wall thickness of around 1 mm, as well as proven water-cooled channel structure castings and pressure-resistant castings used in electric and hybrid vehicles. Of course, we also handle a wide range of standard-shaped products. We excel in small lot production, typically ranging from 1 to about 100 pieces. We produce many castings using foam patterns and can suggest the best approach for mold making, considering the characteristics of the product (shape and quantity), whether it be foam, wood, or resin patterns. We also propose differences from other manufacturing methods and consistently recommend the most suitable production methods for each product, receiving positive feedback from our users. With the renovation of our factory, we have introduced machining centers for mold making. We can accommodate 2D and 3D data with the latest CAD/CAM technology.
