We specialize in ultra-thin sand castings with a minimum wall thickness of around 1 mm, as well as proven water-cooled channel structure castings and pressure-resistant castings used in electric and hybrid vehicles. Of course, we also handle a wide range of standard-shaped products. We excel in small lot production, typically ranging from 1 to about 100 pieces. We produce many castings using foam patterns and can suggest the best approach for mold making, considering the characteristics of the product (shape and quantity), whether it be foam, wood, or resin patterns. We also propose differences from other manufacturing methods and consistently recommend the most suitable production methods for each product, receiving positive feedback from our users. With the renovation of our factory, we have introduced machining centers for mold making. We can accommodate 2D and 3D data with the latest CAD/CAM technology. By merging traditional craftsmanship with IT, we provide cutting-edge sand casting technology.
Business Activities
We provide integrated in-house manufacturing from the production of wooden molds (resin molds) to sand castings in aluminum and stainless steel. By combining our developed mold technology with IT and machinery, such as data processing with 3D data and machining center cutting, we achieve high-precision mold production through both manual and machine methods, allowing for extremely short delivery times. After mold production, we can immediately conduct prototype casting at our foundry, enabling us to respond to the completion of cast products with ultra-short lead times. For aluminum and stainless steel casting, choose Kyoei. We can produce ultra-thin and highly complex shapes that completely redefine the image of sand casting. In various industrial sectors, we have achieved significant value-added effects by substituting high-cost products made by other methods with our sand castings.
