The Delta F non-consumable electrochemical trace oxygen meter DF-560E is a trace oxygen meter designed to continuously and accurately measure oxygen concentrations below 1 PPB. The measurement gases include bulk gases such as N2, H2, Ar, He, and hydrocarbon gases, and even in the presence of trace acidic gases in the sample, stable measurements can be achieved with its unique removal function (STAB-EL). The oxygen cell does not wear out, eliminating the need for regular replacement or frequent calibration, allowing for long-term stable measurements and easy maintenance. By using the optional automatic calibration function, long-term maintenance can be unnecessary.
